- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 slices sprouted bread
- Mix all ingredients together and then soak your bread in the mixture for about 10 seconds or more depending on what type of bread (we used sprouted bread in the picture)
- Cook on a non stick skillet for about 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Top with your favorite fruits, maple syrup, nut butter or anything else
