Mix all ingredients together until fully combined.
Form into 8 round patties.
Transfer patties to a greased sheet pan.
Bake it at 400°F for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway. You can also grill them or pan fry them with a little bit of avocado oil.
The best indicator of when it's done us to insert a food thermometer in the thickest part to ensure it has reached 165°F
