  • 5 Persian cucumbers (diced)
  • 3 Roma tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 Bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/2 Red onion (diced
  • 1/2 Lemon (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Olives (optional)
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese (optional)
