Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 cup Spanish olives
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2-3 tbsp water (to desired constancy)
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor/blender until the mixture is smooth and creamy (no chickpea clumps)
  • Serve with baby carrots, pepper slices, crackers, chips and so much more!
