1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup diced tomatos
1/2 cup diced peppers
1/4 cup cheese of choice
- seasonings of choice
- Preheat oven to 350°F
- Mix all ingredients together and make in greased muffin tins for about 20-30 minutes.
