Immunity Shot

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 each oranges (peeled)
  • 2 each lemons (peeled)
  • 2-3 each carrots (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients (except pepper) to a high powered blender.
  • Blend on high for about 2-3 minutes.
  • Strain the pump if you wish.
  • Add black pepper to the mixture and enjoy!
