Cinnamon Oat Muffin

  • 2 cups Kodiak Cake Cinnamon Oat Flapjack and Waffle Mix
  • 1 cup milk (any kind)
  • 2 ripe bananas (smashed)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (optional)


  • Mix wet ingredients: milk, banana, egg, maple syrup.
  • Add in Kodiak Cake Cinnamon Oat Flapjack and Waffle Mix and stir until well incorporated.
  • Add to greased muffin tins and bake at 350°F for about 15-20 minutes.
  • Makes about 12 muffins. Enjoy!
